The Eine-Welt-Stiftung Rhein-Berg
The One World Foundation Rhein-Berg uses the income from the foundation's capital to support selected projects in less developed countries. This means that 100 per cent of the funding goes to where it is needed. There are no costs for administration or advertising. In addition to co-operations with supermarkets in the region, the foundation is supported by various campaigns and donations.
„Help that arrives safely“ is the motto of the One World Foundation Rhein-Berg. Since its establishment in 2006, we have been supporting selected projects in developing countries with the annual interest income from the foundation's capital.
Our aim is to help sustainably improve living conditions in less developed countries.
Our vision
By supporting development aid projects in the spirit of cooperation and helping people to help themselves, we aim to improve the living conditions of people in need in the countries of the »Global South«. However, the aim is not to create conditions of dependency, but rather to promote people's independence by supporting educational institutions and craft training workshops and providing basic equipment for small businesses. The projects should take into account the cultural, traditional and religious customs of the population.
